“My name is Lenky, I’m 7 years old and I dream of going home to Linstead in Jamaica, but first, I must escape from pirates.” Join Liverpool writer Patrick Graham for a reading from his new book The Three Little Jamaicans, an inspiring story of sibling rivalry, spooky adventure and belonging. Part of our Storytime series of events for children and young people. 

Of Jamaican parentage, Patrick Graham is a UK bornLiverpool based poet, writer, actor and workshop facilitator under the logo of Black Out Productions. He has facilitated workshops with The Windows Project, Writing on The Wall, Liverpool Community Spirit, Rialto Neighbour Council and many more. Patrick’s workshop facilitations range from poetry, creative writing and drama skills to local and world history. He has performed at the Liverpool Everyman Theatre, The Unity Theatre as well as Community Centres in educational and historical plays. Has an interest in history and in spare time researches local and world-wide history and is a member of Liverpool Black History Research Group.
